Congratulations to BNI Belleville, IL. for achieving "Chapter of Excellence" status for the month of March!! The last time they achieved this status was in September of 2010.  Chapter of Excellence is our way of recognizing the #1 chapter out of the 90+ chapters in our franchise for any particular month- it has been all over both Missouri, Illinois and SE Kansas. Every month we track the progress of our chapters in regards to comparable statistics.
